This Workforce Development Strategic Review was commissioned by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Timor-Leste. The Review team evaluated the Workforce Development Program Timor-Leste and recommended strategic investment approaches and priorities that will inform design of the future workforce development program. The review focused on answering seven key review questions about relevance, appropriateness, effectiveness and learning.
